How it works
1. Select the dates you wish to start and end your bike rental. Your rental time officially starts at 12am, but you can pick it up at any time within the rental period.
2. Head to the Student Roost reception and show them your confirmation email and pick up your key and helmet.
3. Locate your bike using the map below. Make sure to locate the bike with the correct bike ID i.e SR001. If you're unable to find your bicycle, message our live support and we’ll send you the location.
4. Unlock your bike put on your helmet and ride away. Remember to lock your bike every time you leave it unattended and when you return it to Student Roost.
5. Once your rental period is complete, take a photo and send it to our live support, then return the helmet and keys to reception.

To cover the cost of any accidents, damages or theft you may incur, we suggest you get covered by laka.co, for as low as £5 per month.
Please enter a bike value of £900 if you decide to use laka.co.
If you do not take up bike insurance and your bike is lost, stolen, or damaged, you may be liable for some fees associated with the cost of repairing or replacing the item as per our terms here.
