What do I do if I can't find my bicycle when collecting it?

If you're unable to find your bicycle, please message our chat support in the bottom right hand corner and we'll send you an image of where it's located. It may take several minutes to receive a reply so make sure to input your email address. It may take longer during non working hours (9am - 5pm).
