1. Select the dates you wish to start and end your bike rental. Your rental time officially starts at 12am, but you can pick it up at any time within the rental period.
2. Head to the Student Roost reception and show them your confirmation email and pick up your key and helmet.
3. Locate your bike using the map below. Make sure to locate the bike with the correct bike ID i.e SR001. If your unable to find your bicycle, message our live support and we’ll send you the location.
4. Unlock your bike put on your helmet and ride away. Remember to lock your bike every time you leave it unattended and when you return it to Student Roost.
5. Once your rental period is complete, take a photo and send it to our live support, then return the helmet and keys to reception.
